Roles and permissions
The rules of the Certification Santé Québec require us to separate the types of permissions into different roles. A person can have one (1) or more roles. Furthermore, it is forbidden for a Pilot to modify or add a Pilot role to another resource.
In order for a member of your team to have the Pilot role, please write to Clic Santé technical support with the following necessary information:
- First name, Last name;
- E-mail address of the resource;
- Application number and name.
