The schedule section allows you to manage multiple days simultaneously using bulk actions. This feature simplifies mass modifications such as cloning, deleting, or changing the lock status of time blocks.

Clone Availability to Multiple Days 

You can copy a schedule of availability to one or more days within the same location in just a few simple steps. 


1. Choose the Location

  • In the navigation bar, select the location where you want to clone the schedule.
    There are two options to choose your location:

2. Select the Days

  • Check the day(s) to which you want to clone the schedule.To simplify the selection of days, it is recommended to use the Week or Month view.
  • It is also possible to select an entire week or month.
  • Only future days without appointments can be selected.
  • If some days already have appointments related to other services or resources, you can use the Services and Resources filters to display only availability blocks without appointments for cloning.

3. Action Bar

  • Once one or more days are selected, an action bar will appear.
  • This bar displays the number of selected days and allows you to deselect all with a single click using the X icon.
  • Click the clone icon to copy the schedule to the selected days.

4. Start Cloning

  • A window will appear. Select the day to clone from the calendar.
    • Tip: Using a “template” day whose schedule does not change over time is a good practice. When appointments are booked on a day, they reduce availability and may affect the cloning result for other days. It is therefore recommended to carefully choose your reference day, ideally a past day with no appointments or modifications.
  • The time blocks will be copied into the right-hand column for reference.
  • If needed, you can exclude a team resource by clicking the X icon.
  • Once done, click Save. Your reference day will be cloned to all selected days.
⚠️ Warning: If a selected day already has availability, it will be replaced by the cloned schedule.

Bulk Deletion

All time blocks of a day can be deleted in one action when multiple days are selected.


1. Choose the Location

  • In the navigation bar, select the location where you want to perform a bulk deletion. There are two options to choose your location:
     

2. Select the Days

  • Check the day(s) from which you want to delete all availability.
  • To simplify the selection of days, it is recommended to use the Week or Month view.
  • It is also possible to select an entire week or month.
     
  • Deletion applies to all availability blocks of a day. For this reason, bulk deletion is only possible when the Services and Resources filters are set to All.


3. Action Bar

  • Once one or more days are selected, an action bar will appear.
  • This bar displays the number of selected days and allows you to deselect all with a single click using the X icon.
     

4. Start Deletion

  • Click the trash bin icon to delete all availability blocks for the selected days. 
  • Confirm the bulk deletion for these days. All remaining availability in the selected days will be deleted.

Bulk Locking and Unlocking

You can lock (red padlock) or unlock (green padlock) all time blocks for one or more days—by day, week, or month—using bulk actions.


1. Choose the Location

  • In the navigation bar, select the location where you want to perform the bulk locking or unlocking.
  • There are two options to choose your location: 


2. Select the Days

  • Check the day(s) for which you want to lock or unlock all availability blocks.
  • To simplify the selection of days, it is recommended to use the Week or Month view.
     
  • It is also possible to select an entire week or month. 
  • Changing the lock status applies to all availability blocks of a day. For this reason, this action is only possible when the Services and Resources filters are set to All.


3. Action Bar

  • Once one or more days are selected, an action bar will appear.
  • This bar displays the number of selected days and allows you to deselect all with a single click using the X icon.


4. Start Lock or Unlock Modification

  • Click the appropriate padlock icon to modify access to availability for the selected days:
    • Open padlock: availability is visible and accessible to the public.
    • Closed padlock: availability is reserved for administrative use only.
  • Confirm the bulk lock or unlock action for the selected days. Availability in the selected days will be locked or unlocked according to your choice.
