When booking an appointment, a citizen connected to his Clic Santé account can make a reservation for himself or for another person of his choice.

In the reservation form, the citizen can choose 'Other patient'.
For example, a parent, connected to his account, makes an appointment for his child.
During the appointment, the parent must be identified, and then the association must be validated.

A non-validated association has a red card icon.

Validate the association of a patient to an account

  1. Click on the red card icon to confirm the patient's association with the account holder. The Patient Association window will open:
  2. Please validate all the information displayed on the screen. You can modify them if necessary.
  3. Check "I have validated the identity of the patient NAME OF THE PATIENT, whose profile is associated with the account of NAME OF THE ACCOUNT HOLDER"
  4. Confirm by clicking on the I confirm the identity of the patient and its association with the account holder. In the Tracking menu, the card icon will change from red to green.
