Here is an overview of the Clic Santé planner.


Main menu

  1. Follow-up menu: The follow-up menu allows you to consult the list of all your appointments, make a search or manage the appointments.
  2. Appointment menu: The appointment menu allows you to view available time slots and book an appointment for a user.
  3. Schedule menu: The schedule menu allows you to create or modify the availability schedule of your resources.
  4. Settings menu: The settings menu allows you to configure all the components of the scheduler, manage access and communications to users.
  5. Statistics menu: The statistics menu gives you access to the statistical data generated by the reservations.
  6. Hide Main Menu: This function allows you to show or hide the main menu as needed.
  7. Change application: If you have more than one application, this function allows you to quickly change from one application to another.
  8. Change locations (if needed): Here you will find quick access to all locations (if you have multiple points of service)
  9. Enable/Disable Appointment Booking: This feature allows you to enable or disable online appointment booking for patients. Please note, the system will still be available for in-house appointment scheduling.
  10. Visit the public page: You can validate and visit your public reservation page.
  11. Consult the help file.
  12. Change the language of the planner.
