Creation of the password

When you register, you must create a password that respects the following characteristics:

  • Eight or more characters;
  • A minimum of two letters, including at least one upper and one lower case;
  • At least one number;
  • One or more special characters.


When you register, you must create a password that meets the following requirements:

  1. Click on the user button in the top right-hand corner;
  2. Click on My profile;
  3. Click on "reset password".
  4. Enter your e-mail address;
  5. Click on submit;
  6. Validate your e-mails and enter the 6-digit code to complete two-factor authentication;
  7. Choose a new password;
  8. Confirm password;
  9. Click on submit.

Note that the process is also applicable when changing a password, via the menu ''My profile''.
