Add a team resource allows you to create one or more anonymous resources that can offer one or more appointments within the same time slot.

Add a team resource

  1. In the Settings Menu, Resources tab, click on the "add a team" icon. A window will appear.
  2. Indicate the name of the team.
  3. Variable capacity will be selected by default.
  4. Click on save.

Variable capacity?


Variable Capacity - The number of appointments per time slot varies within a day or from day to day. 

Benefits : More flexibility in scheduling


Ex : Nurses vaccinate more patients at the beginning of each time slot to manage potential delays.

Ex : My clinic offers 2 appointments per time slot in the morning, and 3 appointments per time slot in the afternoon.
