1. Click on the Add Resource icon. 
  1. The Add Resource window will appear. Enter the personal information of your resource. 
  2. Activate the Access to Scheduling Manager button.
  3. If necessary, choose to limit access to the scheduler for a resource between two specific dates.
  4. Click on Save.
  5. Click on the key symbol next to the resource name.
  6. Click on the pencil symbol next to the application (area) you want to modify. The Edit Role window will appear.
  7. Choose the new role. By default, a new access account is assigned the role Consultation #2, the most restrictive role in the software.
  8. If necessary, choose to limit access to the scheduler for a resource between two specific dates. Please note this will block the user from connecting to the planner between those dates. 
  9. Click on Save.
