1. Click on the key symbol next to the resource name.
  2. The Edit Role window will appear. Click on "Add a role".
  3. Choose the new role. You can select multiple roles if needed, your region and the different areas/schedulers you want. By default, a new access account is assigned the role Consultation #2, the most restrictive role in the software.
  4. If necessary, choose to limit access to the scheduler for a resource between two specific dates. Please note that this will block the user from accessing the planner between those dates. 
  5. Click on save.


Do you want a member of your team to have Pilot access?
Create the person's account and contact the Support. You will need to provide the email associated with the account and the application number for a member of our team to grant the role.
