To offer an online availability schedule, you must associate the three basic components 

  • Your Resources (team resources)
  • Your Services
  • Your Locations


What is a team resource and what does it allow me to do?

The team resource is your virtual team of treating professionals with associated availability times. When you create time slots for a team resource, these slots appear in the same column. If you have more than one team resource, the availability times will be spread over more than one column.


Associate resources-teams, locations and services

  1. Click on the associations symbol next to the resource or team.
  2. Associate the location(s) of work and the services offered by the caregiver.
    Example: Nurse A works exclusively at CLSC A and provides the following services 
    • Vaccin grippe

    • Prélèvement sanguin

  3. Click on Save.
  4. You can then create your schedules in the Schedule Menu by selecting the services you wish to offer in the selected range.


Important

  • If the HR is not part of the health care staff and does not offer online availability slots, no association is necessary. Ex: Program Managers, Administrative Officers, Nurses who wish to view schedules and appointments, etc.

  • After adding a service, location or resource, update the associations to indicate which services are offered by HR and in which location.




Associations and filters/questions

When adding filters/questions to a service, don't forget to associate the locations, services and fields of specialization (the right answers to your questions) to each of your resource-teams.


Exemple : Infirmière A works at CLSC A and offers screening services for STIs (Dépistage pour les ITSSS), but only treats clients under 24 years of age who are asymptomatic.
