Filters / Questions allow you to ask questions to direct your users to the right resource and add personalized messages.


Set up your customer questions and filters

In the Settings Menu, Services tab:

  1. After clicking on the pencil icon, select Filters / Questions.
  2. Enter a 'Yes/No' question that will allow you to direct your clients to the right health care resource.
    • Exemple:
      • Are you 24 years old or younger?
      • Do you have any symptoms?
  3. Indicate the field of specialization of your care resource that treats 'Yes' clients and the field of specialization of your care resource that treats 'No' clients.
    • Exemple :
      • Are you 24 years old or younger? Yes' - Under 24 / 'No' - Over 24
      • Do you have any symptoms? Yes' - Symptomatic / 'No' - Asymptomatic
  4. Add up to a maximum of three (3) questions.
  5. Select the type of message:
    • With availability: The message appears when the user selects an appointment date on the reservation page
    • No availability: The message appears when there is no more availability for a service at the chosen location or the user is not part of the clientele served.
  6. Select the combination of question answers for which you are adding a message.
  7. Write the personalized message in French and English.
  8. Click on save.
  9. Don't forget to associate locations, services and areas of specialization (the right answers to your questions) with each of your resource teams.
    • Exemple : Nurse A works at CLSC A and offers screening services for STIs, but only treats clients under 24 years of age who are asymptomatic.


Please note: The answers to the questions are not saved and cannot be viewed. They are simply a tool to help you filter out patients who do not meet your criteria and/or to make sure they are aware of any fees or requirements for their appointment.
