Target periods allow you to manage the recommended time frame for obtaining a service. The period is based on the birth date of the patient and is often used for children's vaccination schedules.
Target and off-target period
- In the Settings Menu, Services tab, click on the pencil icon and select Specific Properties.
- Determine the target period:
- Delay before target is the recommended number of days before the child's birth date that the vaccine can be obtained.
Ex: 0 days: No time slots prior to the child's birth date will be displayed.
Ex : 5 days : The time slots that are available 5 days before the child's birth date will be displayed.
Delay after target is the recommended number of days after the child's date of birth in which to obtain the vaccine.
Ex: 0 days: No time slots following the child's date of birth will be displayed.
Ex: 10 days: Time slots that are available 7 days after the child's birth date will be displayed.
- Delay before target is the recommended number of days before the child's birth date that the vaccine can be obtained.
- Determine the off-target period:
- Delay before target period is the number of days off target allowed before the target period.
Ex: 0 days: No non-target time slots will be displayed.
Ex : 5 days : The time slots that are available 5 days before the target period will be displayed.
Delay after target period is the number of days off target tolerated after the target period.
Ex: 0 days: No non-target time slots will be displayed.
Ex : 7 days : The time slots that are available 7 days after the target period will be displayed.
- Delay before target period is the number of days off target allowed before the target period.
- Click on Save.
