The Request for Scanned Document feature allows a user to upload a medical request and attach it to their reservation. Please contact the Technical Support team to activate this option at the following email address: support@clicsante.net


Activate the request for scanned document

  1. In the Settings Menu, Services tab, select personal information after clicking on the pencil icon (edit a service).
  2. Make sure that the "Request for scanned document" field is enabled.
    • Important note: the field can only be required for the user who makes an appointment online. It will not be required for an internal reservation (admin).
  3. Click on Save.

On the reservation page

An additional field will appear in the reservation form. The user will be able to attach a photo in JPG/PNG format or a scan in PDF format.


Please note that it is the user's responsibility to ensure the quality of the scan.



Consult the scanned request

From the Appointment Menu:

  1. Double click on the appointment to see the appointment details.
  2. Click on the paper clip icon (attachment).
  3. The document will automatically download in a new window for viewing.


Please note that the document can be consulted up to 7 days after the appointment date.

* For later viewing of the scanned document, refer to the Tracking section.

 

 

From the Follow-up Menu:

Be sure to check the Actions and scanned document column in the list of available columns.

  1. Click on the eye to the left of the selected appointment.
  2. Click on the paper clip icon (attachment).
  3. The document will automatically download in a new window for viewing.

In your appointment list, in the scanned document column, you will find the paper clip symbol of the scanned document. You can view the document again.
