What is the cancellation report?

The cancellation report allows you to validate the amount of appointment cancellations recorded by your facility in a given time. 


You will be able to see the most frequently used cancellation mode (Admin versus Public).

Access my cancellation report

  1. Select the start date and the end date

  2. Select the cancellation report
  3. Select the group of your search results
  4. Click on "Search".
