What is the Efficiency indicator report?

The Efficiency Report allows you to calculate the amount of time and money your facility has saved by automating several appointment scheduling tasks.

Access my Efficiency indicator report

  1. Select the start date and the end date
  2. Select the Efficiency indicator report
  3. Select the group of your search results
  4. Click on "Search".
  5. For the efficiency report, once you have clicked on "search", a button "modify earnings values" will appear. You can then complete the information according to your knowledge to access your statistics.


  6. Enter the correct data in the fields below and click on "submit".
Duration : enter the average time related to the taskHourly rate : enter the average hourly rate for an administrative agent plus administrative expenses
