You can view the actions that have been performed on an appointment by referring to the appointment history.
View appointment history
- In the Follow-up menu, identify the user for whom you want to modify an appointment.
- In the actions column, click on the history icon.
- The appointment history will be displayed. You will have a detailed view of the actions that have been performed on the appointment
Can't find the actions column? Click on the View/Edit Table Columns icon. Select "actions" to display the column in your tracking menu. |
