You can view the actions that have been performed on an appointment by referring to the appointment history.


View appointment history

  1. In the Follow-up menu, identify the user for whom you want to modify an appointment.
  2. In the actions column, click on the history icon.
  3. The appointment history will be displayed. You will have a detailed view of the actions that have been performed on the appointment

Can't find the actions column? Click on the View/Edit Table Columns icon. Select "actions" to display the column in your tracking menu.
