In the Follow-up menu, a visual marker will show you the authentication status of the account which has two actions.

Identification allows you to validate the identity of the person who is the account holder associated with the appointment.

The association allows you to validate the affiliation of a patient to another account.

The identification or the association can be done separately or simultaneously.

Citizen identification

Upon arrival at their appointment, the citizen must be authenticated by the healthcare facility. An unauthenticated citizen account will have a red profile icon.

  1. Click on the red profile icon to confirm the patient's identity. 

    The Confirm Patient Identity window will open.

  2. Please validate all the information displayed on the screen. You can modify them if necessary.
  3. Check 'I confirm that I have validated the patient's identity'.
  4. Confirm by clicking on the button 'I confirm the identity of the patient'. In the Follow-up menu, the profile icon will change from red to green.
