Important! 

This information document, reserved for health care institutions, explains in detail the steps a citizen must take to open his or her Clic Health account, as well as the different sections of the account that are accessible to him or her. 

A health care institution cannot open an account for citizens or have access to the information entered in it.

Here are the different sections accessible to citizens once they are connected.  



Personal information

The citizen will be able to validate the information entered in his or her account and complete it if necessary. This information will be automatically entered in the reservation form when the next appointment is made.

Here are the details of the different information:

  • First name, Last name
  • Health insurance number
  • Date of birth 
  • Gender
  • Mother's information
  • Father's Information

Communications

The Citizen Account Communications tab will allow the citizen to enter and edit the contact information where they will receive appointment notifications.

He will be able to register or modify:

  • His email address
  • His cell phone number
  • Their telephone number


As a security measure, when resetting the email, phone or cell phone, the citizen will have to confirm his identity with a unique 6-digit code.

My family

Different family members can be registered to manage the different appointments. The next time an appointment is booked, while logged into their account, citizens can choose to book an appointment for another person. 

My appointments

The My Appointments tab of the citizen accounts will allow you to view all your appointments and those of your family members. Appointments will be displayed in the following order: most recent to oldest.


My favorites places

It is possible for a citizen to register an establishment as a favorite place. The next time they log on to their account, they will be able to access the booking page for this establishment more quickly.

Book an appointment

When logging in to the account, the citizen will have privileged access via Book an appointment, in order to book an appointment while logged in. This will simplify and facilitate the booking of appointments.
When entering personal information, the citizen will be able to choose whether he or she wants to book an appointment: himself or herself or another patient (for example, for a family member, such as a child).
