Locking and unlocking schedules allows you to control the visibility of the time slots offered. Using the padlock icon, you can decide whether a time slot should be accessible to the public on Clic Santé (green padlock open) or reserved for internal use in administrator mode (red padlock closed).
You can lock (red padlock) or unlock (green padlock) all time blocks for one or more days, whether daily, weekly or monthly, using batch actions.
Batch schedule locking and unlocking
To lock or unlock several schedules at once, access the Schedules menu and follow the steps below.
1. Choose the Location
- Select the location in which you wish to clone the schedule. You have two options for choosing your location: from the location filters or directly from the navigation bar.
2. Select the Days
- Check the day(s) from which you want to delete all availability.
- To simplify the selection of days, it is recommended to use the Week or Month view.
- It is also possible to select an entire week or month.
3. Action Bar
- Once one or more days are selected, an action bar will appear.
- This bar displays the number of selected days and allows you to deselect all with a single click using the X icon.
4. Start Lock or Unlock Modification
- Click the appropriate padlock icon to modify access to availability for the selected days:
- Open padlock: availability is visible and accessible to the public.
- Closed padlock:availability is reserved for administrative use only.
- Confirm the bulk lock or unlock action for the selected days. Availability in the selected days will be locked or unlocked according to your choice.
