These additions will help you optimize information collection and tailor your appointment-scheduling workflows to your on-the-ground realities.

How can you integrate them into your services today?

• Depending on the type of information you need and your current setup, our team will either add it directly or send you a short form to clarify your request.

Overview of the new personal information available:
– Child's weight (lbs)
– Adult's weight (lbs)
– Refugee Number – Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP)
– Insurer name
– User's pharmacy
– Hiring manager
– Date of birth of parent/guardian
– I agree to receive my service remotely.
– How many weeks of pregnancy
– First day of last menstrual period
– Date of pregnancy confirmation (positive test)
– Reason for consultation
– How would you prefer to receive this service? (e.g., teleconsultation, at home, in person, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)
