To cancel an appointment, locate the user in your appointment list :
- Click in the checkbox to select the appointment.
- The batch actions window will appear at the bottom of the screen: select "Cancel".
- Click on the "Cancel" field. Send an email or SMS notification if needed.
- Click on Save.
To cancel appointments en masse (in batch), block the date that will be canceled (or dates, if any) via the Schedule menu.
- In the Follow-up menu, select the date using the search filters when you are in the ''Day'' view type:
- Click in the box to the left of the word ''Actions'' to select all the appointments of this day.
- The action window will appear at the bottom of the screen, along with all the selected appointments: Click on "Cancel".
- Click on the "Cancel" field. Send an email or SMS notification if needed.
- Click on Save.
- To ensure that no appointments are rebooked for this date, go to the Schedules menu. Delete the availabilities for the day that will be cancelled, with the trash can icon. Confirm the deletion of these blocks of availabilities.
