Services tab - Communications option

Some reminders can also be sent by email or SMS for a particular service. The patient will then be reminded to book a second appointment, if necessary.


Using the pencil, associated with the service concerned, select the field ''Communications''. A window will open and you can change the available options:


Definitions of the fields to be set up

  1. Next service to book: This is the next service to be booked by the patient at your facility.
  2. Reference date: This is the date of the patient's last appointment that the system will automatically detect.
  3. Delay in days: This is the number of days to which the date of the last appointment is added to determine when the patient's next appointment should take place.
  4. SMS and email: This is the communication method chosen to send information to the patient.
