When an account is deactivated, a resource with Pilot access can reactivate the profile and send a temporary password. If a manager account (Pilot role) is deactivated, the Clic Santé technical support team must be contacted. Only Clic Santé support agents can reactivate an account with Pilot access and send it a temporary password.
Receiving the temporary password
- Click on the message in your e-mail box (the same e-mail used to log in to your Clic Santé account)
**Please do not attempt to log in to Clic Santé again until you receive the email, this will prevent the profile from being logged in again. Please also check your Spam folder for the temporary password. - Click on the link in the temporary password email, a login page will open in a new tab and you can enter the temporary password indicated in the message
- A pop-up window will appear to direct you to the password creation page.
- Create your new password, according to the required criteria that are displayed on the screen. This is to ensure strong security for your account:
- Eight or more characters;
- A minimum of two letters, including at least one upper and one lower case letter;
- At least one number;
- One or more special characters.
- Save your new password and log in to your Clic Santé profile
