A health care institution cannot open an account for citizens or have access to the information entered in it. |

Unsubscribing from the citizen account
To delete your Clic Santé account:
1- Log in to your account on the portal
2- Click on the Personal Informations tab (blue section on the left)
3- Click on Delete my account (under the Save button)
4- Enter your password in the space provided
5- A new window will open and confirm that your account has been successfully deleted
Creating multiple accounts
It is possible that a citizen has created, by mistake, more than one account associated with his or her health insurance number (NAM).
Once the healthcare institution has authenticated the account, the different accounts will be automatically associated, and the citizen will be able to access the complete list of his appointments. The citizen will be able to connect to his or her account with either of the identifiers.
Updating information associated with an account
It is entirely possible for a citizen to modify certain information associated with his or her Clic Santé account before authentication by a health centre.
The citizen can modify :
- His personal information (first name, last name, date of birth, etc.)*
- Their email and cell phone number to receive notifications
- Their password
For security reasons, when changing certain information, the citizen must confirm his identity with a 6-digit code.
Child account shared between two parents
Each parent, if they wish, can book an appointment for their child from their respective Clic Santé account. Following authentication by the healthcare facility and confirmation of the child's association with each parent's account, the complete list of the child's appointments will be accessible in each parent's account.
