You can now use the global search to search for or add a new appointment for a citizen through the follow-up menu.

1. Important information

1.1 You must have access!

You can search and view appointment information in the applications you have access to.

1.2 Availability of Global Research

The global search for an appointment is available in the follow-up menu only in the All view.



1.3 Changes to the Follow-up menu

1.3.1 A new column: Application

A new column is available in the follow-up menu to visualize in which application the appointment has been booked.

1.3.2 Removing the Services search parameter

In the Follow-up menu, in the view all search parameters have been changed. The search by Services is no longer available. The advanced search gives you several quick search options for the global search:

  • Coupon Number
  • Health insurance number
  • Phone / Cellular
  • Email
  • Date of Birth
  • First name / Last name of client

2. Procedure to search for an appointment - multi-application

It is possible to search for an appointment through all the applications you have access to.


2.1 Finding an appointment

  1. In the Follow-up menu of your application, select the All view.
  2. In the search parameters, enter any of the following information to start searching for the desired appointment in the advanced search:
    • Coupon number
    • Health insurance number
    • Phone / Cell
    • Email
    • Date of birth
    • First name / Last name of client
  3. Click on search.
  4. The search results will be displayed on the screen.

2.2 Viewing search results

The search results displayed on the screen allow you to view the application information for this appointment (the application number and name).

  1. In the list of appointments displayed on the screen
  2. By clicking on the eye symbol to view the information related to this appointment.

2.3 Permitted actions for global research

In the global search for an appointment, the following actions are allowed in the batch actions window :

  • Mark as present
  • Mark as absent
  • Mark appointment as ineligible
  • Confirm appointment

  • Cancel appointment

Here are the actions allowed from the eye icon, in the consult an appointment section:

  • Add a new appointment for this user

    Modify the date and time of the appointment
