Here is the step-by-step procedure to activate various professional services on your Clic Santé application.


Adding a service

Pilot role - Settings menu - Services tab

  1. Click on the plus symbol (+) at the top left 
  2. The General Settings window will open. 
    1. Choose the service to add from the list 
    2. Adjust the duration and cost of the service (if applicable). Click on Save.
  3. Read the terms of use and confirm your consent.
  4. If necessary: click on the pencil to modify the service and add personalized content and messages (description, instructions, etc.)
  5. Activate the service by turning the radio button from grey to blue.  

    Your new service is added!



Pilot Role - Settings Menu - Resources Tab

  1. If you don't already have one, add a team resource by clicking on the team symbol in the upper right corner. A team resource allows you to create a schedule on a separate column.     

IMPORTANT! Associate the resource team (octopus symbol) by checking off the services offered by the resource and the place of service.


Management Role #1 - Schedule Menu


1. Management Role #1 / Schedule Menu: create your availability schedules.

  • If more than one service is associated with your team resource, you can check which services are offered in your time slot.

  • Make sure that your lock for this time slot is open (in green)


2. Pilot role, open your app's appointment scheduling lock (top right) to have your establishment displayed on www.clicsante.ca.



Procedure for deactivating a service 

To deactivate a service, move the radio button to turn it grey (inactive).

If set to inactive, the service will no longer be displayed on your reservation page. After this action, you can consult and view the appointments in the Follow-up menu.
