We would like to inform you that an important new feature will be rolled out very soon: eligibility questions. This new feature, available from the Configuration menu, Services tab, can be configured for a service.
Eligibility questions complement your service configuration and allow your institution to qualify users before making an appointment. They appear one at a time on the public page, guiding users while ensuring that they only access the appropriate services and, if necessary, displaying a personalized message.
Eligibility questions have all the advantages of filter questions and more:
- Immediate blocking of appointment scheduling after the first ineligible response
- Choice between two different types of questions (2)
- Yes/no questions
- I understand questions
- Question type management: ability to configure various types of questions for a single service
- Ability to order questions with a single click
