Introduction:
To better meet your needs, filter questions (old version) will gradually evolve into eligibility questions. During this transition period, you can choose between the old version, Customer Filter Questions, and the new version, Eligibility Questions, but only one version can be used at a time. When switching from one version to another, the information will be retained.

Eligibility questions complete the configuration of your service and allow your organization to qualify users before making an appointment.
They appear one at a time on the public page, guiding users while ensuring that they only access the appropriate services and, if necessary, displaying a personalized message.
This new feature will be available from the Configuration menu, Services tab, and can be configured for a service.

Eligibility questions offer all the advantages of filter questions and much more:
- Immediate blocking of appointment scheduling after the first ineligible response
- Choice between two different types of questions (2)
- Yes/no questions
- “I understand” type questions
- Question type management: ability to configure various question types for a single service

Here are the main differences between eligibility questions and customer filter questions:
How does the immediate blocking of appointment scheduling after the first ineligible response work?
When adding a yes/no question, if the user selects a negative answer at this stage (for example, to the first question), an error message is immediately displayed, preventing the appointment from being finalized and hiding the next eligibility questions.
Choice of question type
When adding a question, you can choose the type of question. Here are the two types of questions available:
- Yes/no question
- I understand question
Can I schedule questions?
It is entirely possible to manage questions. Using this set of icons, you can delete a question or change the order in which they appear on the public portal.
Can I add or remove a question?
It is possible to add up to three questions. You can also remove up to two questions. If you want to completely disable the filter questions, click on the Enable eligibility questions radio button to disable it (make it grayed out).

How does the association with the resource work?
It is important to associate your service with your location and resource as usual.
However, with eligibility questions, it is not necessary to check the correct answers in the algorithm when associating the resource.
