- Tried to browse another website (example: www.google.com).
- Restarted your computer that is experiencing the problem.
- Disabled the window blocker.
It is also important to ensure that:
- The minimum technical specifications of your workstation must be respected in order for the application to work.
- The version of your browser is up-to-date.
