The download link for the appointment list is only valid for 3 hours. After this time, you will have to contact the ClicSanté support team to obtain a new link.

If the problem persists for several days, you will automatically receive a downloadable link to your appointment list every day.

Despite the distribution of your facility appointment list, please note that the list only allows you to track your schedule. Unfortunately, no additions or changes to appointments can be made from the list.

Receipt of the email and the appointment list

Once you have received the email from ClicSanté, you will have to click on the download link to access your list of appointments for the day.


Once the document containing all your appointments has been downloaded, click on it to open it in your

Excel software.
