If you have an error message (in red) that occurs in the application and prevents you from continuing to work, we recommend that when you contact the Support team at support@clicsante.net, you include a screenshot of the error message and, if possible, a screenshot of the error code in the browser development tool.

What is the browser development tool? 

The Browser Development Tool is a sub-window in your web browser that allows programmers to inspect HTML, CSS or JavaScript code, show downloaded files and loading time, etc. In case of an error message, a screen shot of the error code allows the technical team to identify the origin of the problem more quickly.


Here is what the browser development tool looks like:  


How to open the browser development tool?


  1. Refresh your web page so that you can reproduce the problem again. To refresh your page, click on the round arrow to the left of the web address.


Chrome browser: 


        2. Click on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner;


        3. Select More Tools;


        4. Select Develop Tool.



A sub-window will open on the right side of your screen.


        5. Click on the Network tab in the top bar


        6. Reproduce the sequence of actions that generates the error message (redo the same click sequence that caused the problem).


        7. Click on the red error message in the left column


        8. The error code will be displayed on the right. Be sure to take a screen shot of at least this code. You can also take a screen shot of your entire screen
