If an anomaly occurs in your Clic Health planner, a technical support agent will ask you to take a screenshot in order to analyze the problem. Here are the steps to help you take a screenshot on your computer. We also invite you to consult our article on how to take a screenshot of a technical problem.

Take a screenshot on your Mac

  1. To take a screenshot, hold down Shift + Command + 3. 
  2. Your screenshot will be saved to your desktop.

Take a screenshot on your Windows

  1. You can use the Windows logo key + Print Screen (or Windows logo key + PrtSc if your keyboard is in English) as a shortcut for screen capture.
  2. If your device doesn't have a Print Screen key, you can use Fn + Windows logo key + space bar to take a screenshot, which can then be printed.
  3. You can also use the "Screenshot" tool available in your Windows menu.
